Do you clean refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker in general cleaning?
Yes we do clean coffee maker, refrigerator or microwave outside only in general cleaning, inside cleaning can be done on customer request for additional price, refrigerator cleaning inside - (customer must remove all food left over) is aproximately $15 - $25 per request , microwave cleaning inside is $5-$10 , coffee maker $5 - $10

Do you remove coffee, gum or other stains from the carpet in general cleaning?
Yes we do remove stains from the carpet for additional price, minimum charge is minimum $2 per stain up to 1sqft. We do not clean carpet or remove stains for free in general cleaning. Carpet stains are removed in most cases during carpet cleaning. Please contact us for the quote if you need this type of service. Currently carpet cleaning with contract cleaning only is available in western suburbs. Spot stains (no more than 1 inches max) carpet cleaning sometimes we can remove light coffee stains for free with accounts minimum 3 times per week schedule for free, but this service is not intended to completely remove carpet stains in your office - please schedule carpet cleaning in your location.

Do you remove scratches, dark spots ect from the vinyl hard floor?
Some scratches, dark spots are permanent, not removable & required floor stripping & waxing service - $0.35/1 sqft minimum 200sqft per request. Dark scratches from rubber shoes are removable and we will remove them for free.

No we don't do this kind of service, our customers are resposible for washing dishes or utensils. If your kitchen/lunchroom sink is full we will do whatever we can and clean your sink around.

No we don't do this kind of service. Please make sure your employees keep their desks clean & tidy.

Do you polish office desks using "Pledge" or other special chemicals?
We are only using glass cleaner to clean office desks in general cleaning, if you required extra cleaning using special chemicals please contact us for the quote.

Do you clean office furniture, chairs, computers, keyboards, picture frames, ect. ?
Yes we dust them accordinaly to the cleaning schedule you received with written contract agreement. We do not wash any of those items in general cleaning.

Can you clean desks under monitors, computers, papers and other items?
No we do not move or pick up any items from the desks. If you want your desk to be clean completely please remove any papers, keyboards, computers or other items from your desks, otherwise we will clean your desk around those items.

Complains
We respond to every complain related to our services within 24 hr, please make sure if there is a problem be more specific about the problem (some areas are not dusted or some floors are not cleaned - doesn't help much) and please contact us no later that next business day so we can correct & verify everything.

Is post construction cleanup included in general office cleaning?
No - post construction cleaning is separate service not included in general office / house cleaning. If you need to clean your office after remodeling or after new construction please contact us for additional quote.
